Iron Chef Chocolate

One of my favorite activities ever! We came, we talked, and we ate chocolate. We had a few great classes on making your own hot chocolate, using different kinds of sweeteners, and Chocolate 101. Thanks to all the great teachers. The over-all winner of the night was a tie between Allie Bowcutt, and an anonymous entry( I'll give you a hint, HE really shouldn't have been allowed to enter.
